LUNARSOLAR’s Debut with SOLAR: flare
On July 13th, 2020, the agency J Planet Entertainment announced that they would be debuting the first girl group from the agency. Before being known as LUNARSOLAR, they were initially named Rookie Planet and First Love. Subsequently, the name of the group changed to LUNARSOLAR and they officially debuted on September 2nd, 2020, by releasing a single album entitled SOLAR: flare with the title track “OH YA YA YA”. The name LUNARSOLAR holds the meaning that the group will be making such a powerful performance full of passion. They also want to be as bright as the sun and the moon, just like the word “LUNAR” means “Moon”, and the word “SOLAR” means “Sun”. For the official fandom name, they have chosen HAEDAL.

Through their debut track, “OH YA YA YA”, LUNARSOLAR members have been showing off their captivating charms.
